FAQ
When I register, I receive a message stating that my "Username has already been created".
Make sure that you use a username that is unique to you. Unfortunately, someone may have already used that particular username. Therefore, you will need to choose another username to register with.
Which race meetings/trials are covered in the TVN Vault?
TVN has the rights to all Victorian as well as AJC/STC meetings/trials. TAB meetings and OFFICIAL barrier trials are available on demand from 2003 ->
Can I change my details like my pin or email address?
Yes! You can change your details anytime you like. Make sure that you are logged in and click on 'My Details' which is located on the top right hand side of the page. At the bottom of the page is a prompt to 'Edit Details', click on this prompt, make all the necessary changes and press submit.
Why can't I watch video at TVN.com.au?
To watch video from TVN Vault you must subscribe to TVN Vault. To do this, first register with TVN.com.au and then click on 'my subscriptions' where all information regarding subscription is provided. Click here to register with TVN.com.au.
Do i receive a reminder when service has or is due to expire?
No, please check MY SUBSCRIPTIONS.
Why is the video replay slow?
There are many reasons why your video streaming may be slow or not streaming smoothly:
- Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the traffic it can handle at any given time could affect the speed that you are actually connecting at.
- The conditions of general Internet traffic at any given time could cause you to connect slower or cause connectivity problems.
- Check your computer hardware: video card, CPU processor speed and RAM available.
First, make sure that you have registered with TVN.com.au. Once registered, check that you are logged in and then click on 'My Subscriptions' where a description of our products are located, and then make your selections. Once you have made your selections, click on the 'Proceed to Payment Details'. Your order details will be listed, if they are incorrect click on 'Change Order' and make necessary changes. If they are correct, click on 'Make Payment' and you will be transferred to a secure ANZ e Gate area where your payment details will need to be supplied.

What forms of payments can I use to make payments at TVN.com.au?
TVN.com.au accepts VISA, Bankcard and Mastercard. We can accept cheques, cash, money orders or any other forms of payment to 400 Epsom Rd, Flemington,Victoria, 3031.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To cancel your subscription, please email tvn@tvn.com.au. Full refunds will be issued if requested within FIVE days of the original date of purchase.

To get the most out of TVN.com.au when watching video content, TVN recommends:

- 1024 X 768 Screen Resolution

- Sound card and speakers
What are the minimum system requirements for TVN.com.au video replays?
- Windows Media 9+ playback capabilities (to watch video content on TVN.com.au for videos prior to 23rd March 2010)
- Adobe Flash Player 9 or later (for videos on and after 23rd March 2010)
- Internet connection and web browser (Internet Explorer 6 or later, or Netscape 4.0 or later)
- 120 MHz Intel Pentium processor or equivalent (supports audio only)
- 16 MB RAM
- 65,000-color video display card
- 512k Broadband Internet connection
If you have an earlier version of the Windows Media player or do not have any Windows Media Player product, you will need to download a Windows Media Player
Note: If you are using a Mac, only race videos after the 23rd March 2010 will be playable
